Welcome to the Law Office of Lisa Zitowitz Greenburg. My practice consists of estate planning (wills and trusts), probate, and trust administration, with services ranging from consultation to full representation.
I chose this area of law because of my personal experience dealing with family members’ illness and incapacity, and managing their estates after their deaths. Their attorney’s guidance in drafting and implementing their documents made my situation significantly easier than it would have been without that guidance.
I am deeply committed to making this process as straightforward as possible for those creating or revising their estate plans, as well as the agents, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries of others’ estates.
